Yellow Glue (26μm)

This product is designed as a high-temperature-resistant adhesive tape, commonly referred to as yellow glue, specifically developed for use in pouch and cylindrical lithium‑ion battery assembly. Featuring a thickness of 26 μm (with additional 30 μm option) and available in widths of 10 mm or 50 mm, it provides strong bonding performance combined with excellent resistance to electrolyte corrosion. These properties make it well suited for securing electrode tabs, insulating internal components, and maintaining structural integrity under demanding cell operating conditions. The selection of a polyimide‑based substrate contributes to its thermal stability and dielectric reliability, supporting consistent performance during battery cycling and aging tests. Typical applications include tab sealing, edge insulation, and protective wrapping in soft‑pack and cylindrical cell manufacturing, where long‑term adhesion and chemical durability are critical. The material is supplied in 33‑meter rolls to accommodate both R&D-scale experiments and small production runs.
