Any quotation provided by Canrd in response to an RFQ represents an offer to supply products under the terms specified in that quotation, and is subject to:

• Acceptance within the validity period stated in the quotation

• Product availability at the time of order confirmation

• Separate contractual terms to be agreed upon for the purchase and sale of products

All product purchases are governed by separate terms and conditions agreed upon between Canrd and the customer at the time of order confirmation. These Terms of Service do not constitute a sales contract.

Datasheets and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available for download on our Website are provided for informational and reference purposes.

All Datasheets and SDS documents are provided in good faith based on available scientific data and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for:

• Independently verifying the suitability of any product for your specific application

• Complying with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations in your jurisdiction when handling materials

• Ensuring that any personnel who handle materials described in the SDS have received appropriate training
