Toray Carbon Paper
Product Advantages
Toray carbon paper is a composite product of porous C/C (carbon fiber and carbon) produced by high temperature heat treatment. With excellent characteristics, it is used as an electrode base material and other electrodes for fuel cells.
Features:
1. High conductivity: Carbon fiber has strong conductivity due to the arrangement of carbon elements.
2. High strength: thin and high strength, with excellent compression characteristics.
3. High gas permeability: High porosity (about 78%), easily allowing other substances to pass through.
4. Corrosion resistance: Only carbon that has undergone high temperature treatment, with few impurities and excellent corrosion resistance.
5. Surface smoothness: Carbon fibers are distributed in one direction, resulting in excellent surface smoothness with fewer surface irregularities.
6. Good uniformity and consistency.
