Jinteng Φ13mm Syringe Filter Application:
Mainly used for sample pre-filtration, clarification of particles, sterilization filtration of liquids and gases. It is the preferred method for filtering HPLC and GC samples, ensuring stable and continuous analysis results, protecting chromatography columns, and prolonging the lifespan of columns. It is also widely used in weight analysis, trace analysis, colloid separation, and sterile tests. It is also suitable for sample preparation, purification, pre-treatment, and bio-product preparation of HPLC, MS, LC-MS, GC-MS and other analytical instruments, as well as filtration of liquid samples such as tissue culture media, microbial media, and buffer solutions. It can purify and clarify highly corrosive solutions, filter out impurities and precipitates from small samples.
Jinteng Φ13mm Syringe Filter Features:
1. The outer shell is made of hygienic-grade polypropylene material with low dissolution and excellent chemical stability. It is ultrasonically welded with tight edge bonding, ensuring no leakages and high pressure resistance.
2. Using syringe filters is the fastest and most effective method for filtering trace samples, without the need for membrane replacement and filter cleaning, saving a lot of time.
3. All products use high-quality imported microporous membranes with low adsorption to samples, ensuring maximum recovery of small or high-value samples and reducing waste.
4. The standard interface is convenient for connection with various syringes and can be directly connected to the needle of the 7725 valve for direct injection after filtration.
5. This product is specially designed to withstand a bursting pressure of up to 8 bar.

1. Even sterilized products in the market cannot achieve aseptic effects, mainly due to the presence of substances on the hands, such as oil, salt, protein, bacteria, and microorganisms, which can contaminate the syringe filter.
2. Ultrasonic welding provides high welding strength, strong adhesion, and good sealing, allowing our products to withstand higher pressures. It also achieves moisture and water resistance during welding. Moreover, the welding process does not produce pollution or cause high-temperature pollution to the welding material, greatly reducing pollution during the production process of syringes.
