This solid-state battery mold, with a transparent design for visual observation during experiments, is developed for use in laboratory research and development within the new energy and lithium battery sectors. Constructed with mold steel electrode posts and a PEEK core, the mold supports working pressures up to 200 MPa (with 500 MPa as standard and 1000 MPa optional) and temperatures up to 200 °C. Its overall dimensions are φ70 mm × H93 mm, featuring a φ10 mm chamber that can be customized, making it suitable for compact cell assembly and material testing in solid-state battery studies. The mold is designed for reliable performance under typical pressing and heating conditions encountered in early-stage R&D.
