Constructed with high-strength mold steel electrode posts and a standard φ10 mm mold cavity (customizable to other diameters), it accommodates loads up to 4 tons—equivalent to approximately 500 MPa within the cavity—and operates from room temperature up to 80°C. The integrated data acquisition system with dedicated software supports real-time monitoring during tests, making the mold well-suited for studies on interface contact impedance and other mechanical-electrochemical behaviors in solid-state battery development.
