Details

This cathode material, a layered oxide of nickel, iron, manganese, zinc, and sodium, is developed for sodium-ion battery research. Designed for experimental cathode applications, it offers high specific capacity and favorable first-cycle efficiency. Due to its strong moisture sensitivity, the material must be stored under vacuum and handled in controlled-humidity environments. For electrochemical testing, it is recommended for use with sodium-ion electrolyte KLD-NC06, and the electrode preparation involves baking at 105 °C for four hours. With its balanced composition and layered structure, this powder supports performance evaluation in half-cell configurations, making it suitable for energy materials research focused on advancing sodium-ion cathode technology.

Materials need to be vacuum sealed for storage

The material is easy to absorb water, and humidity needs to be controlled throughout the production process

The electrolyte used during testing is sodium ion electrolyte (KLD-NC06)

Baking conditions for electrode: 105 ℃ baking for 4 hours

Sodium-ion cathode material, layered oxide, has the advantages of high gram capacity and high first effect.
