Details

This product, a sodium iron phosphate pyrophosphate cathode material developed for sodium-ion battery research, belongs to the polyanion family and exhibits excellent cycling stability. Due to its strong hygroscopic nature, the material requires strict handling conditions, including vacuum-sealed storage and a production environment with a dew point below -30 °C. Electrode preparation involves baking at 105 °C for 4 hours, and electrochemical testing is typically performed using a dedicated sodium-ion electrolyte (e.g., KLD-NC06). Commonly employed in half-cell evaluations for cathode performance screening and fundamental studies, this material is well-suited for researchers investigating high-cycle-life polyanion cathodes. It is supplied in various quantities (20 g to 1 kg) and must be kept sealed in a cool, dry place to maintain its properties.

The material needs to be vacuum sealed for storage

The material is highly hygroscopic, so it is essential to control the dew point temperature to be ≤ -30 ℃ throughout the entire production process

The electrolyte used during testing is sodium ion electrolyte KLD-NC06

Baking conditions for electrode: Bake at 105 ℃ for 4 hours

Cathode electrode material for sodium ion batteries, polyanion type, material sensitive to moisture, excellent cycling performance
