This sodium electrolyte (KLD-NF35) is developed for sodium-ion battery research, formulated as 1.0 M NaPF6 dissolved in a 1:1 (vol%) mixture of propylene carbonate (PC) and ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC), with 4.0% fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) as an additive. The electrolyte composition is designed to provide good ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability, while the FEC additive helps form a stable solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) on electrode surfaces. This makes it suitable for coin cell or pouch cell testing in both half-cell and full-cell configurations.
