Cell body material: Borosilicate glass
Electrodes can be configured as required, and all matching electrodes must be of extended type.
The single-layer cell body adopts an overhead layer design to effectively eliminate solution dead volume.
This electrolytic cell is widely applied to three-electrode systems, with a single-cell volume of 10 mL.
Two sealing configurations are available: relatively sealed and fully hermetically sealed. The cathode compartment and anode compartment are separated by an ion-exchange membrane. The two compartments are hermetically connected via a chain structure for convenient membrane replacement. The reference electrode and working electrode are placed in the same compartment to effectively reduce IR drop.
The glass sealing section features an internal thread design. Tightening the PTFE fitting compresses the sealing gasket to achieve reliable sealing performance.
The electrode assembly achieves sealing by compressing an O-ring with sealing screws.
Sampling ports can be installed on the cell body upon request.
