Pneumatic die-cutting machine is the 1 positive and negative electrode die-cutting equipment used in lithium-ion laminated batteries. The equipment through the pressurized cylinder to achieve the sheet or roll material pole piece of the single die process. According to customer requirements to provide a variety of shapes of die
1. Pressurized cylinder drive, adjustable punching force and punching speed;
2. It has upper and lower precision pressing plates and high-performance tools to ensure die-cutting accuracy;
3. Die-cutting products have small burrs and less powder falling;
4. Two-handed start, with safety light curtain;
5. PLC man-machine interface control;
6. The discharging area is equipped with a roller group to reduce the labor burden.
7. Fixed height limit and adjustable limit two ways to adjust the parallelism of the double template.
