Thedevice is specially designed and manufactured for polymer lithium battery pole piece slitting. The machine is used for the lithium battery pole piece production process of the strip. When the equipment is used, the cut large pole pieces are manually fed into the slitting knife with good upper and lower alignment. Through the rotation of the hob, the pole pieces are brought into the slitting knife to cut the pole pieces into the required width. The strip width of the pole piece is determined by the size of the upper and lower hob.

Designed by Canrd, it integrates into continuous coating and slitting workflows, enabling efficient conversion of wide electrode webs into narrower strips with controlled tension and alignment. 1. the rack is processed by CNC through imported machine tools at one time to ensure its high enough shape and position accuracy. when the rack is subjected to machine force and impact force, the elastic deformation generated by the front and rear parts is uniform and the stress distribution is balanced. the rack is made of high-quality carbon A3 material with high strength, rigidity and stability.  

2. The material of the cutting knife is made of tungsten carbide series tungsten alloy steel, with high hardness, strength, wear resistance and fatigue strength. The hardness of the blade can reach HRC66 ~ 68.

3. The bearing adopts imported bearings, with high rotation accuracy, can bear the resonance force of the machine tool, compact structure, good rigidity, small deformation after load, and impact resistance.

4. the cutter group adopts servo + reducer + coupling drive mode, the whole power transmission mechanism has high transmission efficiency, stable operation, reliability, low noise and light vibration.

5. drive roller servo motor + reducer + coupling drive way, the power transmission mechanism of high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, reliable, low noise, light vibration.

6. a knife removal bracket is arranged on the side of the slitting machine frame, and the knife group is disassembled and assembled from the side of the slitting machine frame, which is convenient and quick to disassemble and assemble.

7. the running status and setting parameters of the equipment are displayed, set and recorded through the touch screen.
