The Canrd quartz tube is a high-purity fused silica product developed for demanding thermal processes, such as tube furnace sintering, chemical vapor deposition, and high-temperature material synthesis. Available in a range of standard diameters (25–50 mm), wall thicknesses (2–3 mm), and lengths (up to 1000 mm), it offers reliable optical transparency and thermal shock resistance essential for laboratory-scale experimental setups. Custom dimensions—including larger diameters up to 70 mm, thicker walls up to 5 mm, or sealed-end configurations—can be ordered with a typical lead time of 3–5 days. As a custom‑manufactured consumable, each tube is supplied without return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy for reproducible research workflows.
