This rotational viscometer NDJ-5S is developed for precise viscosity measurement of a wide range of fluids, from low-viscosity liquids to thixotropic non-Newtonian materials. It employs a high-subdivision stepper motor for stable, noise-free rotation at four fixed speeds (6, 12, 30, and 60 rpm), achieving a measurement accuracy of ±1.0% full scale and repeatability of 0.5%. The instrument features multiple sampling per rotation, a blue-backlit LCD displaying viscosity, speed, torque percentage, and maximum measurable range, with an alarm for out-of-range readings. Standard with four rotors (1#–4#) covering 10–100,000 mPa·s/cP (extendable to 1 mPa·s/cP with rotor 0), it also offers optional RTD temperature probe and RS232 interface for real-time monitoring or data printing. Designed for reliable laboratory use, this viscometer is suitable for quality control and research applications requiring consistent, gradient-free viscosity data.

The high subdivision drive step motor rotation ensures accurate and stable speed, and the variation of AC voltage frequency does not affect the accuracy of viscosity measurement.

For thixotropic non-Newtonian fluids, the instrument's timing function ensures consistent data.

The step motor directly drives the rotation, with no noise and convenient speed change. The speed display is clear at a glance, and the reliability is good without any jitter.

The LCD liquid crystal display with blue backlight displays viscosity, speed, percentage torque, and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured by the rotor at the current speed. The viscosity value is displayed continuously. There is an alarm sound prompt for measurements beyond the measurement range.

Full-range linear calibration with a computer, with a measurement accuracy of ±1.0% of the full range.

Switching power supply adapter with wide power input and good anti-interference performance.

Optional RTD temperature probe for real-time monitoring of sample temperature.

Optional RS232 interface for real-time printing of sample measurement data through a mini printer, saving labor.
