This product is a nickel cobalt manganese lithium (NCM90) polycrystalline cathode material developed for lithium-ion battery research and experimental applications. It exhibits a spherical morphology and is characterized by high first-cycle efficiency and specific capacity, making it relevant for studying high-nickel NCM electrode performance. Due to its pronounced moisture sensitivity, vacuum-sealed storage and strict humidity control are required throughout handling and processing. For electrochemical evaluation, the recommended electrolyte is NCM electrolyte (KLD-1230C), and electrode preparation involves baking at 85 °C for 4 hours. Available in quantities from 20 g to 1 kg, this material is suitable for half-cell testing and serves as a reliable reference for exploring polycrystalline NCM90 systems in advanced cathode development.

The material needs to be vacuum sealed for storage

The material is prone to water absorption, and humidity control is required throughout the entire production process

The electrolyte used during testing is NCM electrolyte (KLD-1230C)

Baking conditions for elctrode: Bake at 85 ℃ for 4 hours
