Application of needle syringe filter:
Mainly used for sample pre-filtration, clarification and sterilization of particles, liquids, and gases. It is the preferred method for filtering HPLC and GC samples, ensuring stable and continuous analysis results, protecting chromatographic columns, and prolonging column life. It is also widely used in weight analysis, trace analysis, colloid separation, and sterile testing. It is suitable for sample preparation, purification, pre-treatment of HPLC, MS, LC-MS, GC-MS and other analytical instruments, as well as filtration of liquid samples such as culture media, microbial media, buffer solutions, purification and clarification of corrosive solutions, removal of impurities from small samples, and precipitation.
Features of needle syringe filter:
1. The housing is made of hygienic grade polypropylene material with low leaching and excellent chemical stability. It is ultrasonically welded, with tight edge binding and no leakage, and can withstand high pressure.
2. Using a needle filter is the fastest and most effective method for filtering trace samples, without the need to change the membrane or clean the filter, saving a lot of time.
3. The products use imported high-quality microporous membranes, which have low adsorption to samples, ensuring maximum recovery of small or high-value samples and reducing waste.
4. The standard interface is convenient for connection with various syringes, or it can be directly connected to the needle of a 7725 valve for direct injection after filtration.
5. This product is specially designed to withstand a burst pressure of up to 8 bar.

2. Ultrasonic welding provides high welding strength, firm adhesion, and good sealing, enabling our products to withstand higher pressures. Ultrasonic welding can also achieve moisture and water resistance. The welding process does not produce pollution or high-temperature pollution of the welding materials, greatly reducing pollution in the needle production process.
3. Independent sealed packaging to prevent post-production contamination and facilitate use.
