Our nano-aluminum oxide for lithium batteries is a high-purity, uniformly sized, and surface-optimized nanopowder produced through a special processing technology based on the performance requirements of batteries and battery materials. It is widely used in various lithium batteries, alkaline batteries, solar cells, and other batteries to improve energy storage performance and contribute to energy saving and environmental protection.
1. Nano-aluminum oxide, when used as a coating for lithium battery electrodes, provides thermal insulation and electrical insulation, improving performance.
2. Doping aluminum into lithium cobalt oxide forms a solid solution, stabilizing the crystal lattice and improving rate capability and cycle performance.
3. Coating lithium cobalt oxide with nano-aluminum oxide improves thermal stability, cycle performance, and overcharge resistance. It prevents direct contact between LiCoO2 and the electrolyte, reducing electrochemical capacity loss and thus increasing the electrochemical specific capacity of LiCoO2.
4. Doping with aluminum ions in nano-aluminum oxide can increase battery voltage, thereby improving battery performance.
5. Nano-aluminum oxide can be used to modify spinel lithium manganese oxide materials for high-power lithium-ion batteries.
