Details

This product is a water thermal reaction kettle featuring a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining, developed for hydrothermal synthesis and high-temperature, high-pressure chemical reactions in laboratory research. The reactor shell and liner must be from the same brand and model to ensure proper sealing and safe operation, as mismatched components cannot be used together. Available as complete sets (shell with PTFE liner) or as individual liners, the system comes in capacities ranging from 25 ml to 500 ml, accommodating various experimental scales. The PTFE lining provides excellent chemical resistance and non-stick properties, making it suitable for preparing advanced materials such as nanoparticles, zeolites, and coordination compounds. This kettle is widely used in material science, chemistry, and battery research for processes requiring controlled hydrothermal conditions.

The reactor shell or outer cylinder must be the same as the liner's brand/model to match, otherwise it cannot be used together
