Details

This product is specifically developed for high-temperature sealing in solid oxide fuel cells and related energy systems. It bonds ceramics, graphite, and metals, offering a maximum service temperature of 1650 °C. As a single-component, water-based adhesive with a viscosity range of 53,000–73,000 cP and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 7.7 × 10⁻⁶/K, it provides reliable sealing under thermal cycling. The cured material exhibits a dielectric strength of 6.8 kV/mm and a torque strength of 70 N·m, along with excellent moisture and acid resistance. Typical applications include sealing in halogen lamps, heaters, igniters, honeycomb ceramics, ceramic fabrics, refractory insulation, and various sensors (e.g., gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, strain gauges). It is suitable for ambient curing (10–32 °C, 1–4 hours) followed by a heat cure at 260 °C for 2 hours to achieve final airtightness around 550 °C.

This is the 1 sealant specially developed for high-temperature fuel cell sealing. It can bond ceramic, graphite, metal and other materials to achieve excellent sealing effect for equipment system in high-temperature fuel cell, with a maximum withstand temperature of 1650 ℃.
