The HCP330P hydrophobic carbon cloth, developed by Shanghai Heson, features a uniform thickness of 0.40±0.02 mm and a low through-plane resistance of 0.35×10⁻² ohm, which supports efficient charge transport in electrode assemblies. With an areal weight of 170–190 g/m², it balances mechanical integrity with gas permeability, making it suitable for high-performance membrane electrode assemblies. The hydrophobic treatment enhances water management and reduces flooding in fuel cell cathodes. This material is also applicable in other advanced battery research where a stable, conductive, and corrosion-resistant carbon substrate is required.
