Details

This product is designed for use as a separator in sodium-ion, potassium-ion, zinc-ion, and certain lithium-ion battery discharge systems. Made from high-quality glass fiber, the GF/D D5 membrane offers excellent thermal stability, high porosity, and strong electrolyte adsorption, which collectively enhance liquid retention and improve cycling performance. The material’s inherent softness may result in minor surface wrinkles or deformations after cutting, but these do not compromise its functional properties. Available in sheet form (100 × 100 mm) and various circular disc diameters (φ16–φ19 mm), it is commonly used in coin-cell assembly and laboratory-scale electrochemical testing. For optimal performance, the separator is recommended to be baked at 85–105 °C for 4 hours prior to use.

1、The sheet material may have slight wrinkles, deformations, or indentations due to cutting.

2、Small round pieces may exhibit some wrinkling or deformation.

3、These appearance issues are mainly due to the softness of the fiberglass material, which easily deforms upon contact. They do not affect the performance.
