1. Before use, please wipe the surface of the machine with a clean cloth to remove rust oil.
2. Press the handle forward to test the operation of the machine. Do not press the handle backward, as it may damage the internal cross shaft of the machine.
3. After testing the operation, place materials smaller than the feeding port width into the machine for cutting.
4. Cutting materials: PVC paper and other related materials. Note: It is not recommended to cut metal materials unless the machine is designed for it.
5. Generally, the cutting thickness is 0.1-0.76mm. For thickness above 0.76mm, diagonal panel design is recommended.
6. If the inner mold cannot be reset before use, you can place a piece of cloth on the inner mold and tap it with a tool to reset it. This is caused by possible impact during transportation and does not constitute a quality issue. If the problem persists after tapping, please do not continue tapping.
7. If the machine gets stuck when opening, and the inner mold cannot pop out, observe the blocked area. If it is not significant, press the handle to pop out the inner mold. If the blockage is severe, please return it for repair. Do not disassemble it by yourself, as it may not be reassembled properly. Any self-disassembly and repair will not be covered under warranty.
8. For the use of large-sized color card machines, if you encounter noise during operation, you can apply some lubricating oil under the handle for smooth movement. If there are loose screws on the small machine's baseboard, you can open the baseboard and oil the cross shaft, but the baseboard should not be reinstalled.
