Canrd’s customized electrode sheets allow for precise adjustment of positive or negative electrode formulations and coating surface densities, enabling researchers to control active material loading and electrochemical performance. Each pack includes five 10×10 cm sheets, suitable for laboratory-scale coin cell or pouch cell assembly and testing. The technical parameters provide guidelines for calculating theoretical areal capacity and actual active material weight, supporting accurate performance evaluation. This product is commonly used in material screening, electrode formulation optimization, and fundamental battery studies where flexibility and reproducibility are critical.

1. Coating surface density does not include current collector;

2. Theoretical areal capacity mAh/cm2 = coating surface density mg/cm2 * active material ratio * gram capacity mAh/g ÷ 1000;

3. Theoretical amount of active material (mg) = coating surface density mg/cm2 * active material ratio * circular sheet area cm2;

4. Actual weight calculation of active material (mg) = (circular sheet weight mg - current collector surface density mg/cm2 * circular sheet area cm2) * active material ratio;

5. When calculating gram capacity, use the actual weight of the active material. Due to the tolerance of coating surface density, the actual weight is used as the standard.
