Vacuum-sealed storage is recommended, and electrode preparation involves baking at 85 °C for 4 hours. Testing is typically performed with NCM electrolyte (KLD-1230C) in half-cell configurations using CC-CV charging and DC rate discharge protocols. The material's polycrystalline structure and uncoated surface make it suitable for studying intrinsic electrochemical behavior and degradation mechanisms in high-nickel cathodes, supporting efforts in next-generation battery development for electric vehicles and energy storage systems.

The material needs to be vacuum sealed for storage

The material is highly absorbent, and humidity control is required throughout the entire production process

The electrolyte used during testing is NCM electrolyte (KLD-1230C)

Baking conditions for electrode: Bake at 85 ℃ for 4 hours

Lithium ion cathode electrode material, which is an uncoated Ni90 polycrystalline material, is difficult to process and requires strict control of moisture content
