Manufactured from nylon (Nylon 6) or mixed cellulose ester (MCE) in a Class 100,000 cleanroom, the membrane is individually packaged under aseptic conditions to minimize recontamination risk after ethylene oxide sterilization. Available in 47 mm and 50 mm diameters with pore sizes of 0.20 µm and 0.45 µm, these filters offer versatile options for organic and aqueous sample processing. The grid-patterned variant is particularly suited for microbial testing and colony counting in laboratory microbiology, pharmaceutical quality control, and environmental monitoring, where reliable sterilization and ease of handling are essential for accurate results.
