1) In principle, metal foil materials do not accept returns or exchanges. It is recommended to record a video as evidence before unpacking to avoid disputes over appearance issues.

2) Products within 1 meter are considered as small quantities and require manual cutting and winding. It is not possible to completely control the absence of creases or imprints. Customers who are concerned about appearance should not place orders.

3) Customers should wear gloves when handling the material. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if there are fingerprints on the material.
