This 304 stainless steel foil is developed for use as a current collector in zinc battery research and other energy material applications, where corrosion resistance and surface consistency are critical. Featuring a double-sided polished finish, it offers a clean and uniform interface for electrochemical testing and electrode assembly. Available in thicknesses from 0.005 mm to 0.5 mm and widths of 50–200 mm, each roll is 1 meter in length, supporting experimental setups that require precise substrate dimensions. The foil's mechanical stability and chemical compatibility make it suitable for both laboratory-scale studies and prototype development. Handlers should wear gloves to avoid surface contamination, as fingerprints may affect performance. Due to manual cutting for small quantities, slight creases or handling marks are possible, which should be considered prior to ordering.
