This product is a 2325 model PP/PE/PP trilayer separator membrane developed for advanced battery and supercapacitor applications. Manufactured through a stretch process, it offers excellent chemical and acid-alkali resistance, consistent pore structure, and high thermal stability. The outer PP layers contribute to robust cycling and trickle charging performance, while the PE inner layer provides effective thermal shutdown capability. Zero transverse direction shrinkage helps reduce internal short circuits and improves dimensional integrity at elevated temperatures. With a thickness of 25 µm and width of 100 mm, it is supplied in small rolls (10 m) for laboratory-scale experiments and large rolls (250 m) for more extensive research. This separator is suitable for lithium, sodium, potassium-ion batteries, lithium-sulfur batteries, and supercapacitors, making it a versatile choice for energy material studies.
