The material exhibits a particle size distribution (D50 ~20.5 μm), a moderate BET specific surface area (0.8 m²/g), and a tap density of 0.8–0.87 g/cm³, with low ash content (<0.05%). Its excellent processing performance enables use in high-capacity polymer and cylindrical batteries, particularly for 3C fast charging and EV applications. Practical recommendations include maintaining double-sided compaction density at 1.45 g/cm³ and single-sided compaction below 1.2 g/cm³ to prevent electrode curling.
