Electrode Roll
We offer large electrode rolls for pilot and industrial-scale production, produced with uniform thickness, consistent coating mass, and minimal defects along the length. Rolls can be customized in type, system, material source, coating method, mass loading, coating size, and strip size, with optional humidity-controlled production, calendaring, and press density adjustments. We also support customer-supplied material formulas, including solid content and viscosity requirements, and provide flexibility in current collector choice, mixing tank size, and shipping reel specifications. Delivery time and other special requirements can be tailored to ensure efficient and reliable large-scale battery assembly.
