This solvent filter, designed for aqueous, organic, and corrosive liquid filtration, is crafted from high-quality glass with smooth, bubble-free surfaces and uniform thickness. It withstands temperatures up to 280 °C and supports high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization. Available in 1 L and 2 L configurations (filter cup capacities 300 mL and 500 mL), the unit features a standard ground joint for excellent sealing and fast flow rates. Its sand-core or PTFE sieve plate options (10 µm or 20 µm pore size) ensure compatibility with various filter membranes (47–60 mm diameter). Specifically recommended for HPLC mobile phase filtration to prevent system clogging, it is also suitable for sterile testing, culture sterilization, and filtration of thermosensitive substances. The glass construction offers both pressure resistance and dimensional conformity with international standards, enabling seamless integration with common laboratory setups.

Application of Solvent Filter:

Mainly used for the filtration of aqueous phase, organic phase, and corrosive liquids. It is used for the analysis of specific pollutants, and is particularly recommended for the filtration of HPLC mobile phase to ensure the cleanliness of the mobile phase and prevent blockage of the HPLC system. It can also be used for sterile testing, culture sterilization filtration, and sterilization filtration of thermosensitive substances.
