This product is developed for laboratory solution filtration in analytical chemistry, biochemical pharmacy, environmental monitoring, and food safety testing. The single-channel filter system integrates a contamination-free, oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump, enabling safe and efficient operation on clean benches and in cleanrooms. Available in two configurations—a fully integrated stainless steel 316L model and a glass filter head variant—the unit supports high-temperature sterilization and resists corrosion. A vent hole on the stainless steel filter cup allows optional installation of an air filter to prevent secondary contamination. Designed for versatility, it accommodates various filter membranes to process samples such as suspensions, bacteria, and chlorophyll, meeting USP standards for sensitivity and ease of use. The system combines stainless steel 316L components with an aluminum alloy clamp and rubber stopper, ensuring reliable performance across demanding filtration workflows.

Features of single-channel filter:

1. In the filtration process, an integrated solution is used with a pollution-free oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump. The whole filtering system can be safely placed and efficiently operated on a laboratory, clean room, and super clean workbench.

2. The stainless steel filter is easy to high-temperature sterilization and resistant to high temperature and corrosion damage.

3. Prevent secondary pollution. This filtering system has a vent hole on the upper cover of the stainless steel filter cup, and an air filter can be optionally installed to avoid secondary pollution during filtration.
