| Test Conditions 1.XRD Test: Sample preparation in an inert atmosphere glove box to avoid the atmosphere of polar solvents. The surface is sealed with polyimide adhesive film to isolate air and moisture. 2.Ionic Conductivity Test: Take 100 mg of powder, use a mold with a diameter of 10 mm, apply a pressure of 350 MPa to form a pellet, hold the pressure at 350 MPa, and test EIS: frequency 1 MHz–1 Hz, amplitude 10 mV. 3.Electronic Conductivity Test: Take 100 mg of powder, use a mold with a diameter of 10 mm, apply a pressure of 350 MPa to form a pellet, hold the pressure at 350 MPa, and test i-t: constant voltage 0.5 V, test duration 1800 s. 4.Particle Size Test: Wet laser diffraction. Disperse the powder in dewatered non-polar solvent with ultrasonic for 3 min, and use this solvent as the dispersant for wet laser particle size testing. |
