After stirring and dispersing, the particle size, uniformity of particle distribution and consistency of viscosity are controlled. At the same time, the stirring barrel has the functions of rapid replacement and vacuum sealing, by means of vacuum, the bubbles in the slurry can be eliminated, so as to meet the requirements of stirring and pulping process.

This 10-liter double planetary vacuum mixer is developed for high-precision mixing processes in advanced battery manufacturing, particularly suited for both cylindrical and pouch cell production lines. Designed with a dual-planetary mixing mechanism, it ensures uniform dispersion of viscous slurries, including cathode and anode materials, under controlled vacuum conditions to eliminate air bubbles and improve electrode coating quality. The model CAN-MIX13-0010LV from Canrd features robust construction suitable for laboratory-scale to pilot-scale operations, enabling efficient homogenization of electrode pastes with consistent rheological properties. Its vacuum capability also supports degassing and solvent recovery, critical for achieving high-energy-density battery materials. Common applications include preparing lithium-ion battery electrode slurries, conductive additives, and other high-viscosity composite mixtures where particle distribution and process repeatability are essential.
