Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.
1. The corundum boat is made using a slip casting/die casting process and fired at 1800℃. Slight dimensional errors may occur.
2. High temperature resistance up to 1600℃.
3. Before first use, please bake in an oven at approximately 105℃ for 120 minutes to remove moisture.
4. Heating or cooling rates should not be too rapid. Temperature changes below 1200℃ should be <5℃/minute, and above 1200℃ should be <4℃/minute. For cooling, it is recommended to use electrical temperature control.
5. Do not use a spray gun, acetylene torch, or alcohol lamp for direct heating to avoid uneven heating and cracking.
6. The covered corundum boat serves as a dustproof cover; the cover is not airtight. Please note.
