The material features controlled particle size distribution (D50 ~7.1 μm) and low moisture content (≤800 ppm), but is highly hygroscopic and requires vacuum-sealed storage and strict humidity control throughout handling. Optimal electrochemical performance is achieved using a 5V high-voltage electrolyte (KLD-5V06), and electrode preparation involves baking at 85°C for 4 hours. This material is suitable for advanced cathode development targeting improved energy density and voltage stability in experimental and prototype cells.

The material needs to be vacuum sealed for storage
