Imported Nylon 66:

Characteristics: Imported membrane from the UK, originated from a UK membrane company established in 1948, with superior performance to domestic nylon 6. It has good hydrophilicity, high strength, high flow rate, high porosity, and is suitable for most organic solvents and aqueous solutions. It has high flux, high mass resistance, high temperature resistance, acid-resistant aqueous solution and organic solvent resistance, and high surface quality of membrane material. It has extensive drug compatibility and wide-ranging applications with low dissolution rate and stable chemical properties.

Applications: Liquid clarification, sterilization filtration, and particle removal. Can be sterilized using methods such as high pressure and ethylene oxide.

Microporous Membrane Product Introduction:

In the application of membrane separation technology, microporous membrane is the most widely used type of membrane, with simple and fast operation. It has the characteristics of high gas flux, high particle retention rate, good temperature resistance, resistance to strong acids, strong alkalies, organic solvents, and oxidizing agents, as well as resistance to aging, nonstick, nonflammable, non-toxic, and good biocompatibility. Its materials are divided into two categories: organic and inorganic. Given the separation characteristics of microporous membranes, their main application is to retain particles, bacteria, and other pollutants from gas and liquid phases, in order to achieve purification, separation, and concentration. For microfiltration, the retention characteristics of the membrane are characterized by the pore size, usually ranging from 0.1 to 1μm, so microfiltration membranes can separate large-diameter bacteria, suspended solids, and other substances. They can be used for general liquid clarification, security filtration, and air sterilization. They are widely used in scientific research, medical and health, biochemistry, food, energy, microelectronics industry, nanotechnology, environmental protection, and other sectors.

Applications of Microporous Membrane:

This product is mainly used for the filtration of mobile phases and samples in chromatographic analysis, and has a good effect on protecting chromatographic columns and avoiding contamination in infusion pump systems, injection valves, etc. It is widely used in weight analysis, trace analysis, colloid separation, and sterile tests. In the process of use, suitable membranes should be selected according to the filtered sample.
