This product is a specialized electrolyte formulation developed for lithium-sulfur battery research. It contains 0.6M lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI) and 0.4M lithium nitrate (LiNO3) dissolved in a 1:1 volume ratio of 1,3-dioxolane (DOL) and 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME). The combination of LiTFSI as the main salt and LiNO3 as an additive is designed to improve electrochemical stability and suppress the polysulfide shuttle effect, which are critical challenges in lithium-sulfur systems.
