一、overview
Variable Frequency Multi-purpose Dispersion Machine is a new environmentally friendly laboratory product designed and developed by our factory using the latest technology from both domestic and international sources. This product integrates various functions such as stirring, sand grinding, and dispersion into one experimental device.
This equipment uses a variable frequency motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no mechanical wear of carbon brushes, and environmental friendliness. The speed is directly displayed through the frequency converter control instrument, and it is equipped with dispersion and sand grinding discs. It can adapt to different experimental needs in the laboratory.

三、structure
1. This machine adopts a spring lifting method.
2. The dispersion disc or sand grinding disc is directly connected to the shaft with screws.
3. The material barrel is fixed by left and right clamps, and the barrel body adopts a jacketed structure.
四、install
1. Install the two clamps on the fixed frame, and the clamp rod should face upward.
2. Fix the material barrel in the clamps, and the hole on the barrel cover should match the motor shaft.
3. When working, first fix the selected sand grinding disc or dispersion disc to the shaft.
4. Adjust the motor lock, fasten the bolts, adjust the height of the shaft and the content volume of the container, clamp the motor base and the container, and put in the material.
五、instruction
1. Plug in the power, and the instrument will display "0000".
2. Turn the potentiometer knob to the left to the bottom. Press the "Run" button to start working.
3. Press the "Stop" button to stop the motor.
4. Cut off the power to shut down.
Note: Prohibited to run empty.
