It is supplied as a white powder with a D50 particle size of 300 nm and a purity of 99.9%, offering an ionic conductivity of approximately 0.8 mS/cm. The chemical composition, Li6.5La3Zr1.5(Ta+Nb)0.5O12, is optimized to enhance ionic transport and structural stability. Common use cases include the fabrication of solid-state batteries and research into oxide-based electrolytes. The material may agglomerate and can be processed by ball milling or grinding.
