These aluminum tabs from Canrd are developed for use in lithium-ion and nickel-based batteries, including both cylindrical and pouch cell configurations. Designed with a white glue coating featuring a three-layer structure—surface layer melting point of 136–138°C and core layer at 165°C—they offer excellent resistance to electrolyte and reliable sealing performance. The tabs are available in a range of dimensions and adhesive specifications to accommodate different assembly requirements. Suitable for experimental and commercial battery production, these components support consistent electrical connection and long-term durability in energy storage applications.

1. This product is suitable for the production of lithium-ion batteries and nickel batteries, cylindrical and soft pack batteries.

Excellent resistance to electrolyte and sealing performance.
