2500 Separator/Separator/Membrane

This product is a 25 μm polypropylene (PP) separator membrane designed for lithium-ion battery research and experimental use. Manufactured via a dry stretching process, it features a consistent pore structure, strong chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and common electrolytes, along with high thermal stability. The separator offers zero transverse shrinkage, which improves dimensional integrity at elevated temperatures and helps reduce the risk of internal short circuits. Its oxidation resistance supports stable cycling and trickle charge performance. Available as standard rolls (100 mm wide, 10 m or 330 m lengths) or pre-cut discs (φ18 mm), it is well suited for coin cell assembly and small-scale prototype testing in energy material development.
