Single layer 25um PP membrane characteristics:
Produced by dry stretching process
Excellent acid, alkali, and most chemical resistance
Consistent pore structure with high chemical and thermal stability
Suitable for various battery applications
Excellent oxidation resistance ensures excellent cycle and trickle charge performance
Zero shrinkage in the transverse (TD) direction reduces internal short circuit and improves high temperature dimensional integrity
Note: Customized separator discs require a minimum order of 10000 pieces, and the mold cost will be charged separately at 200 yuan.
