Theexperimental booster tube furnace is shown in the figure, and the centralized control value system is integrated with the furnace. The furnace itself adopts high-purity alumina microcrystalline fiber high-temperature vacuum adsorption molding, and the heating element is resistance wire. The heat dissipation system adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure, and the surface temperature of the furnace body is ≤ 60 ℃. The vacuum chamber is made of quartz tube, which runs through the whole furnace body. Both ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges, which can work in vacuum or atmosphere environment. The heating elements are parallel to the furnace tube and evenly distributed outside the furnace tube, which effectively ensures the uniformity of the temperature field. The temperature measuring element adopts "K" type thermocouple with stable performance and long life to improve the temperature control accuracy.
