Mold usage method

1. Water based electrolyte battery testing (used for large-scale electrolyte testing without the need for a separator)
Preparation materials: electrode (cathode, anode), electrolyte, Ag/AgCI reference electrode
1) Fix the electrode pads onto the current collectors at both ends of the mold and install them onto the electrodes, tightening them with nuts at both ends. The electrode spacing is adjusted according to the amount of electrode solution added.
2) Add electrolyte using a dropper.
3) Insert the reference electrode, adjust the height, and tighten the seal.

2. Organic electrolyte system battery testing (for trace electrolyte testing)
Preparation materials: electrode plates (positive, negative), electrolyte, wire metal reference electrode, separator
1) Insert a current collector into the appropriate position and tighten the nut. And place the electrode and separator in it, and drip the electrolyte.
2) Insert the reference electrode wire, note that the metal wire cannot be circular, so that the metal wire comes into contact with the diaphragm.
3) Add another layer of separator and drop electrolyte to clamp the reference electrode between the two separators.
4) Insert the other electrode, insert the current collector, and tighten the nut cap.

Specific dimensions of the electrode need to be specified when placing an order.

Common electrode size: 10-12mm, suitable for smaller sizes.
