This product is designed for pressure testing of solid-state batteries, providing a reliable fixture for evaluating electrochemical performance under controlled compressive loads. Constructed with a stainless steel outer frame, PPS protective and insulating components, and a ceramic or PEEK inner liner, the mold ensures chemical compatibility and mechanical stability for high-pressure experiments. The cavity, available with diameters of 10–25 mm, is compatible with standard press systems, while the included double sealing ring enhances sealing integrity during operation. A maximum pressure capability of 400 MPa and a typical working range of 80–150 MPa accommodate various assembly conditions; when lithium or indium foils are involved, pressures should be kept below 80 MPa. The polished surfaces of press column, gasket, and mold bottom improve finish and planarity. This mold is commonly used in inert atmospheres within glove boxes for solid-state battery research and development.

Notice:

1. The assembly of solid-state batteries requires operation in the glove box.

2. The pressure holding test of mold is about 80-150MPa. If there are lithium sheets or indium sheets, the pressure should be reduced to less than 80Mpa.

1. Mold components: stainless steel outer frame, PPS material protective parts, ceramic (or PEEK) inner liner, mold steel top rod, double O-ring (10mm matches zirconia ceramic inner liner, and inner liner outside 10mm are all made of PEEK material)
