This solid-state battery pressure mold, model JYGN-10, is developed for evaluating the charge and discharge performance of halide, sulfide, and other solid or semi-solid electrolyte materials under controlled pressure conditions. The main body is constructed from ceramic, offering a pressure resistance exceeding 500 MPa, while a unique thread and O-ring compression design ensures reliable sealing. An external stainless steel bracket maintains pressure stability throughout testing. Compact and easy to assemble, the mold is well-suited for high-throughput operation within a glove box. It supports both two-electrode and expandable three-electrode solid-state battery configurations, with separate leads for positive and negative electrodes to prevent short circuits. The standard electrode diameter is 10 mm, with customization available upon request, making it a versatile tool for solid-state battery research.
