Application of Jinteng Φ13mm Syringe Membrane Filter:
Mainly used for sample pre-filtration, particle removal, and sterilization of liquids and gases. It is the preferred method for filtering HPLC and GC samples, ensuring stable and consistent analysis results, protecting chromatographic columns, and prolonging the column's lifespan. It is also widely used in weight analysis, trace analysis, colloid separation, and sterile testing. It is suitable for sample preparation, purification, pre-treatment, bioproduct preparation, filtration of liquid samples such as tissue culture media, microbiological media, buffer solutions, purification and clarification of corrosive solutions, filtration of small sample volumes, removal of impurities and precipitates from samples.
Features of Jinteng Φ13mm Syringe Membrane Filter:
1. The housing is made of hygienic-grade polypropylene material with low dissolution and excellent chemical stability. It is ultrasonically welded with tight edge bonding, ensuring no leakage and high pressure resistance.
2. Using a syringe filter is the fastest and most efficient method for filtering trace samples. There is no need to change the filter membrane or clean the filter, saving a lot of time.
3. The product uses imported high-quality microporous filter membranes, with minimal sample adsorption, ensuring maximum recovery of small or high-value samples, thereby reducing waste.
4. The standard interface is convenient for connecting with various syringes, and can also be directly connected to the needle of the 7725 valve for direct injection after filtration.
5. This product is specially designed to withstand a burst pressure of up to 8 bar.

1. Mechanized production, European assembly line, production equipment realize the whole process from film cutting→assembly→welding→testing→printing→packaging without manual contact. The production process reduces bacterial and human interference factors. Usually, even sterilized products on the market cannot achieve aseptic effects, mainly because substances such as grease, salt, protein, bacteria, and microorganisms on the hands of manual operators can contaminate the syringe filter.
2. Ultrasonic welding with high strength, firm bonding, and good sealing performance enable our products to withstand higher pressures. Ultrasonic welding can also achieve moisture-proof and waterproof effects. The welding process does not produce pollution or high-temperature contamination of the welding materials, greatly reducing pollution in the needle production process.
3. Independent sealed packaging to prevent contamination after production and facilitate use.
