The T3-110P gas diffusion electrode test fixture, developed by Canrd, is designed for evaluating catalyst performance and gas diffusion electrode behavior in fuel cell research. As an upgraded version of the T3-110S model, it enables precise control of oxygen or air humidification from ambient conditions up to 95 °C at 100% relative humidity, while the fixture’s overall temperature is also adjustable within the same range. This capability is critical for simulating realistic operating environments in proton exchange membrane fuel cells and other electrochemical systems. The fixture supports reliable, reproducible testing of catalyst-coated membranes and gas diffusion layers, making it suitable for catalyst screening, durability studies, and material characterization in energy materials laboratories. The T3-110P test fixture is an upgraded version of the T3-110S fixture, which has the following features compared to the traditional T3-110S fixture:

a. Oxygen (air) can be humidified, the temperature and humidity range is room temperature ~ 95°C, RH100%;

b. The overall temperature of the fixture is controllable, and the range is room temperature ~ 95°C.
