Adhesive LA133 molecular weight: 400000-500000 (molecular weight data is for reference only, not a shipping inspection standard)
Product Application:
LA133 water-based adhesive is a water dispersion of acrylonitrile copolymer with good thermal stability and electrochemical stability, suitable for bonding various lithium-ion battery positive and negative electrode materials.
The amount of LA adhesive in the negative electrode slurry is 2-5%, while in the positive electrode slurry, the amount is 1.5-4% (the amount of LA adhesive may be increased appropriately for lithium iron phosphate).

Please Note: LA133 adhesive has high viscosity. It is recommended to dilute it with deionized water or distilled water before use to aid dispersion.
- Adding PC or EC to the negative electrode slurry prepared with LA133 adhesive can increase the flexibility of the electrodes and prevent edge curling and cracking of the film. The recommended usage is around 5% of the total solvent volume.
- The highest recommended temperature for single-sided coating of LA133 adhesive slurry is below 80°C. Excessive oven temperature may cause curling of the electrodes and cracking of the coating.
- Within the shelf life (1 year from the production date), the viscosity of LA adhesive products may increase with storage time, which is a normal phenomenon.
