1) Metal foils are generally not accepted for return or exchange. We recommend recording a video as proof before unpacking to avoid any disputes related to appearance issues.
2) Products within 1 meter are considered small quantities and require manual cutting and coiling. It may not be possible to completely avoid creases or imprints. Customers who are concerned about the appearance should refrain from placing an order.
3) Customers are advised to wear gloves when handling the product. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products with fingerprints.
